The wine comes from the vineyard of Tel Phares Israel, in the heart of the Golan Heights. It benefits from the volcanic soil and the cool climate of this region. This 100% Syrah cuvée is a Kosher red wine from Yarden Golan Heights Winery, which comes from vines planted in 1996 between 600 and 900 meters above sea level in the north and center of the Golan Heights, Israel's coolest region.
The Yarden is a wine with a fruity nose, very aromatic (raspberry, blackcurrant). On the palate, we find notes of chocolate and tobacco, the wine reveals all its elegance. The finish is as long as it is pleasant.
