• You placed your order on our website Winemykonos : Our number phone is +30 690 843 7213 You will give us your number phone, e-mail and adresse then we will contact you on the phone to confirm the delivery adresse in Mykonos. You can share your localisation with us on WhatsApp then our delivery man will find you easily in the island.
• You are worry because you live in a villa a little bit far away ? Don't worry, our drivers know the island of Myconos very well and they will find you in a record time everywhere you can be in the island of Mikonos. 
• What will happen when the driver will arrive in our place? The driver will call you when he is at your door, keep your mobile phone close to you when you are waiting for a delivery.
• I live in a hotel and i want to have a delivery. It's possible, Winemykonos deliver everywhere in the Island either in Hotels, Airbnb, villas etc. All you have to do is to specify the adresse and share your localisation with us then we will deliver you. If you are in a hotel, all you have to do is to meet our delivery man at the reception to collect your order.

• What paiement method do you accept? You can pay on Winemykonos website with your credit card, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc. Most of the credits and debit card are accepted on our website.
• Do you take cash on delivery? We accept the cash on delivery payment, make sure to have enough change for our delivery man. Otherwise if you don't have the change you can contact us and send us a message or call us, we will arrange the change for you.
• I want to pay with cash, which currencies do you accept? We accept Euro and US dollars. Our prices are in Euro so if you want to pay cash with US dollars it has to be with exchange rate.
• Is it safe to pay online on your website ? We use stripe as online payment processing. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your donors information is safe and secure. All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe's state of the art data-center. This ensures both the security and integrity of your donors information. All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected. Your information and your donors information are securely transmitted during the processing of all payments. 

• Minimum quantity order : Winemykonos accept all the order, we don't ask for a minimum quantity order, you can order one bottle or 2 bottles if you want it's always good for us and we will delivery it to you with a big smile.
• Maximum quantity order : If you are planning a big event or if you are many staying at your villa or Airbnb and you need a big quantity of bottles then it's also good for us. If you know in advance that you will need an important quantity of products than feel free to contact us before placing your order, you might have a good surprise.
• Big quantity order and discount : If you know in advance that you will need a big quantity of bottles or products than let us know by calling us or send us an e-mail. We can give you a very good price and discounts for your order. We have the best price in the island for most of the products we sell. 

• If you want a special bottle of wine, champagne, spirit or caviar you can contact us by phone or e-mail. It will be a pleasure for us to satisfy your request. 

If you are planning to visit Mykonos and you want to order your wine or champagne in advance it's possible. Just place your order and tell us when do you want your delivery, we will arrange it for you.

• You want to enjoy your holidays, you don't have to worry about where you should go to buy your wine, don't loose your time by going to the alcohol shop. You just have to choose the wine, champagne, spirit and snack you want, place your order and have it.
• You love the good wine, you want to drink good quality wine and champagne. Winemykonos has a very good selection of wines and champagnes. We mostly propose you French ,Italian and Greek wines. If you are a wine lover you probably already know the wines and champagnes we have on our website. 
• You will never be disappointed, you probably have already tried most of the wine listed on our website and you already know the quality of the products. Otherwise if you want to be surprise then you can try some wines you don't know. 
• It's safer, you don't have to drive. Don't drive if you have already drunk a glass of two of alcohol, the roads in Mykonos are very dangerous even for a sober person, our prices are not more expansive than the supermarkets, you will just have to pay the delivery costs which is affordable. Your safety has no price and it's better to wait 30 min for your alcohol delivery than taking your car or scooter. 

We will send you an order conformation by e-mail and message however if you made a mistake in your order, if you want to add more products of whatever feel free to call us and we will do our best to arrange the situation.

If you realized that you made a mistake in your order when the driver is already arrived at your place then we can't do anything. You can place another order. 

We deliver everywhere in the island of Mykonos. I you are staying at a villa, and Airbnb or a Hotel we can make a delivery for you. Our drivers know the island of Mykonos very well, they will find you even if you are staying in a villa a little bit far away from everything.

We can arrange a delivery for you in Tinos island as well, but not for immediate delivery, you have to order in advance and extra delivery costs will apply. You can contact us if you want extra informations about the delivery in Tinos Island.

We don't deliver in other island than Tinos or Mykonos. 

Yes of course, just tell us the best moment for you to have your delivery and we will arrange it. If you are staying at the beach and you want your delivery for the evening when you will be back it's possible and very convenient for you.
